6-Week Meditation and Mindfulness Course

This 6-week program focuses on teaching meditation and mindfulness techniques to improve mental clarity, reduce stress, and calm the mind and body. Bring the multitude of benefits of meditation to your organization by offering executives and employees alike the opportunity to enroll in this unique course. Over the course of six 75-minute sessions, the program teaches not only meditation and breathing techniques that assist with calm and focus but also guided visualizations and daily mindfulness practices that support overall clarity, increase self-awareness, and promote connection to others. For groups located within 30 miles of Madison, this course can be conveniently provided in-house at your work site, space permitting. Organization/worker payment splits of any percentage split can be arranged.

Anxiety and Stress Reduction Program

Run as either a 6- or 12-week program, the focus of this training is on techniques and strategies for reducing stress, anxiety, and the health consequences these can produce. A minimum of 6 enrolled employees is required to register your employees or group for this program.

 

Rates (per 6-week session):

4-8 participants: $240 per participant

9-14 participants: $160 per participant

15-25 participants: $110 per participant

In-House Therapy for Struggling Employees

At times, an employee may be going through a difficult time of life and need professional support to get back on track. If an appropriate, privacy-compliant setting is available, Clear Path Counseling and Wellness can provide therapy or wellness coaching for an employee onsite. At times, facilitated meetings with employers or managers and the struggling employee may be appropriate to determine strategies that mutually support the employee and the organization. Kristen hosts team-building retreats of various lengths both in-house and at retreat centers.
